The Nova Earbuds project began as a collaboration with our industrial design team to create a pair of earbuds that redefined customization through interchangeable design elements. The goal was to merge cutting-edge audio technology with a sleek, personalized aesthetic that would set Nova apart in a crowded market. Once the product design was finalized, our brand team crafted a cohesive identity that extended across all touchpoints, including the intuitive app, immersive website, and packaging, ensuring every detail reflected Nova's ethos of innovation and timeless elegance.

Logo & Visual Identity
The design of the Nova logo and visual identity draws directly from the swappable ring elements of the earbuds. This influence is reflected in the form of the logomark and the structure of the wordmark, creating a cohesive connection between the product's design and the brand’s visual language. The approach ensures a unified and consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.
LOGO DESIGN
We explored a range of logos inspired by the Nova earbuds, aiming to create a strong visual connection between the brand and its customizable design.
In the final logo, certain parts of the wordmark are rounded, with the "O" serving as the primary logomark. Its shape is directly inspired by the swappable rings, reinforcing the product’s focus on customization. The rounded elements throughout the wordmark mirror the earbuds’ modular design, creating a cohesive connection between the logo and the product. This design approach highlights Nova’s dedication to blending functionality with elegant, personalized style.
