BRAND STORYWe partnered with Feno, an oral care startup, to redefine oral care with the world’s first connected Smartbrush. This collaboration harnesses our shared commitment to pioneering a holistic approach to health, where oral care is the gateway to overall wellness.
THE CHALLENGEOur goal was to introduce an effortless oral care routine for a reimagined brushing experience. Collaborating closely with the engineering team, we integrated technological innovation with an intuitive user experience to ensure a harmonious balance between advanced features and user comfort. Our work include establishing the visual brand language for the entire product ecosystem, prototyping, manufacturing support, visualizations, and designing a sustainable tiered packaging system with a distinct brand identity.

As a new product in a saturated market, we needed to clearly define our offerings to strengthen brand positioning. We created strategic visual boards to highlight key opportunities for Feno to stand out as a brand while ensuring that the visual cues effectively communicate the values Feno seeks to deliver to its customers.

TAILORED FITThe design process involved analyzing over 20,000 dental scans and generating 100,000 iterations using a generative algorithm. This data-driven approach resulted in six optimized cluster groups, ensuring a fit for over 90% of users while enhancing reach and brushing efficacy.
PRECISION CLEANINGThe TrueFit Mouthpiece™ is engineered for superior cleaning, efficiently reaching cracks and crevices between teeth. With up to 18,000 ultra-fine nylon bristles embedded in its flexible TPU structure, it adapts to the contours of the dental arch, ensuring thorough coverage and effective plaque removal with every use.
The Hub is designed to charge the Smarthandle™ and protect the TrueFit Mouthpiece™ from the bathroom elements by enclosing it in a travel-friendly package.

INNOVATIONMore than just a charging station, the Hub is thoughtfully designed to magnetically dock and wirelessly charge the Smarthandle™. It features a built-in fan that fully dries the TrueFit Mouthpiece™ in under 6 hours, ensuring it's ready for the next use.
The Feno Tool is a versatile 2-in-1 handle that effortlessly transitions between a disposable flosser for precise interdental cleaning and a tongue scraper for maintaining fresh breath and oral hygiene.
